My name is Felix I'm a person centred counsellor who uses aspects of other modalities if I feel it may help.
I see adults who may have mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, ptsd, eating issues, ADHD like myself and other autistic spectrum issues. I also help people who are having relationships issues.
My main interest is LGBTQIA,trans and non binary issues as I am a man with a trans history and have been fully transitioned since 2011. I am also pansexual
. I ran three trans and non binary peer support groups for 15 years. Which I still use for sign posting and if people just want peer support and not counselling.
