Professional Responsibility

The Eudaimonia Network Directory is a platform designed to connect the public with a wide range of mental health, wellbeing, Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM), and licensed healthcare professionals.

Each member is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of the information, claims, qualifications, registrations, services, and promotional material published within their directory profile or otherwise provided through the Eudaimonia Network.

Members must ensure that all information and advertising is accurate, truthful, evidence-based where appropriate, and compliant with all applicable legislation, the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), and the CAP Code.

This includes avoiding misleading statements, exaggerated claims, guarantees of outcomes, or unsubstantiated health or wellbeing claims. Members must accurately represent their qualifications, experience, professional registrations, insurance, and scope of practice at all times.

Any testimonials, endorsements, reviews, or case studies published by members must reflect genuine experiences, comply with applicable advertising requirements, and must not create unrealistic expectations of outcomes.

The Eudaimonia Network does not edit, approve, or verify the content of individual member profiles. Responsibility for all published content, advertising, professional claims, and the services provided rests solely with the individual practitioner.

Members agree to maintain the highest standards of professional integrity, ethical conduct, honesty, and transparency in all representations of their work. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the suspension or removal of a member’s listing, in accordance with the Eudaimonia Network Terms and Conditions.
