I am a qualified Hypnotherapist/ Psychotherapist, Counsellor and NLP practitioner specializing in all aspects of psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and Counselling. I work with clients on a wide range of issues on a one-to-one basis and I am dedicated to helping each individual achieve his or her desired goals. My main goal is to help people to recognize their full potential. I incorporate elements from different schools of psychotherapy including Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, tailored to meet your specific needs and concerns.

Registration at Senior Practitioner status is only available to a GHSC practitioner who has met the strict criteria and who has been in continual practice for a minimum of 5 years awarding the GHSC award of Senior Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice (SQHP)

I taught psychology at the Grimsby Institute University (ALS Centre)

I am a registered practitioner with the National Council of Psychotherapists and The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council, promoting safe practice and codes of ethics. I am also registered with Anxiety UK as an Anxiety UK approved therapist.
